An email from a the School Board Vice Chair

Subject: Auditorium
From: Nancy Hendricks
Date: Mon, August 11, 2014 10:23 am
To: Nancy Hendricks

Greetings friends and neighbors:

As you know, some months ago, the Londonderry School Board appointed
an Auditorium committee. The committee elected Tony DeFrancesco as its
Chair. The charge was to gather and analyze data, determine cost and
present the Board with a plan. (broad terms, there's far more
involved than just this). However, I wanted to let you know a few
things.

1. the committee has completed its work
2. the committee will have an information booth at Old Home Days,
Saturday, August 16, so please feel free to stop by.
3. Tony DeFrancesco will be present at the Tuesday, August 26th (yes,
first day of school!) School Board meeting to make a full
presentation to the Board. You are invited, bring your friends,
neighbors, kids, and anyone who has interest in this community
project! (which should be all of us, right?)

I will send a reminder email the week before the School Board meeting,
but please mark your calendars for this very important information
session. Tuesday August 26 (yes, the first day of school), 7:00pm in
the Town Office, Moose Hill meeting room. (that's usually where we
meet, if there is a change I will let you know). Additionally, all of
our meetings are posted at http://www.londonderry.org/

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you at this very important meeting!

Best,

Nancy N. Hendricks
Londonderry School Board, Vice Chair
ps, please feel free to forward this email to any Londonderry
resident! The more we have present for this informational meeting the
better!

For years I've asked for the School Board to email out their meeting agendas. For years I've been told NO.
