Why a 45 minute non-public session?

Why a 45 minute non-public session?
I was wondering that myself Huh?
Its now a public matter as the Council and Union have both approved the deal and there are no more discussions that can fall under under 91A's non-public meeting rules as far as I can tell.

According to the Town Manager the Budget Committee he recommended the non-public session. The BudCom voted 5-0 to enter non-public at 7:04 accompanied by the Town Manager, Assist Town Manager, Councilor Wagner and 5 members of the BudCom (Hooley, O'Keefe, Freda, Brown and Robinson)

They will resume public session in 30-40 minutes.

Public session resumed at 8:10.

The BudCom decided not to vote on an official position on any warrant. A vote on support will be taken at the BudCom meeting scheduled for February 7th.

The warrants were discussed to get individual opinions from the board members.

One quick clarification.  The Budget Committee will be holding a "concurrent meeting" with the TC's meeting on 2/7 where the final public hearing on the town budget & warrant articles will take place.  The Budget Committee wanted to hear public input and also see what the TC's final positions would be on each of the articles.  As soon as the TC takes their final votes at that meeting, the Budget Committee will move to an adjacent room (in public) to take our final votes on all the articles.
